You must obtain a marriage license before your wedding and bring it to the ceremony. I will sign it, making your marriage legal, and mail it back to the County Clerk’s office.
To obtain your license locally, please visit your Southern Oregon County Clerk’s website for their specific requirements:
Jackson County (Ashland, Medford, Jacksonville)
Josephine County (Grants Pass)
Once you have your marriage license, the ceremony can be performed within 60 days at a location of your choice in Oregon.
