Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and you want it to be perfect. The nice thing is, you don’t have to go it alone, as there are many helpful wedding resources readily available to you. Here are a few of them.
Marriage Licence Information
You must obtain a marriage license prior to your wedding and bring it with you to the ceremony. I will sign it, making your marriage legal, and mail it back to the County Clerk’s office.
To obtain your license locally, please visit your Southern Oregon County Clerk’s website for their specific requirements:
Jackson County (Ashland, Medford, Jacksonville)
Josephine County (Grants Pass)
Klamath County (Klamath Falls)
Douglas County (Roseburg)
Curry County (Gold Beach, Brookings)
Coos County (Coos Bay, Bandon)
Lane County (Florence, Veneta, Eugene)
I also officiate weddings in the Redwoods and Coast of Northern California. Please visit the County Clerk’s website for the following county marriage requirements:
Del Norte County (Jedediah Smith State Park, Crescent City area)
Humboldt County (Eureka, Arcata, Redwoods & Coast)
Once you have your marriage license the ceremony can be performed within 60 days at the location of your choice within the state of Oregon and 90 days for California.
